DIRECTIONS:
From South
1 mi. north of the Rte 2 drawbridge onto North Hero,
turn left onto South End Road.
From North
2.4 mi. south of Hero's Welcome General Store on Rte 2 in the town of North
Hero,
turn right onto South End Road.
On South End Rd.
Drive 1.3 miles straight west, across the Island, passing Abnaki and West
Shore Roads.
Then continue on South End Road as it bears left and goes south along the
lake.
When the paving changes to gravel South End Road becomes Stevens Camp
Road.
#40 is first house on right.

This home is located on 566' of
private shoreline
with stairs to the waterfront
next to the house.
The beach is shale so water shoes or sandals
are essential !
 
Very young children should be supervised at all times - the house has a high
deck
and there are steep cliffs above the lake shore.
The ground floor is handicap accessible, with ramps to the living room and to
the patio, There are several grab bars in the master bathroom.
Smoking is never permitted in the house
We love pets, but only one at a time, on a case by case basis - and only
with written permission from the owner

There is a private 20 ft. swimming dock with
ladder.
There is room on the shore to pull up small boats.
The swimming dock is too exposed to securely moor a large boat.
The nearest marina is at the south end of the drawbridge.
Kayak and canoe rentals are available at several nearby locations. For
insurance reasons boats are not provided with the rental.

Off the master bedroom are both a large, fully tiled, master bath with extra
long tub with a wall mounted hand held shower and an additional lavatory.

If the provided sheets and towels are used they must be washed and dried

the 10 am Saturday
departure time.
If this is an inconvenience, tenants should either bring their own
linens or ask that we wash them for a fee.
The cost of laundering linens will be deducted from the
Security Deposit.
A per item laundry fee schedule will be posted at the house.

(slightly erratic) and
Satellite TV service are available at no additional cost
Local phone service, which includes Burlington, is provided. For all
other
long distance calls we suggest you bring a phone card or
cell phone.
Tap water is municipal so it is not
necessary to purchase
bottled water.
Groceries are
available at three stores within 10 miles
The fireplaces
may not be used
without written permission
from the owner.
